Biography

Yi Huang is a first year Ph.D student at the School of Computer Science, the University of Sydney, supervised by Prof. Jinman Kim and Prof. Lei Bi. She received a BE degree in 2021 and a ME degree in 2024 from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, supervised by Prof. Tao Deng. She is currently working towards her Ph.D degree in computer science in the University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia, supported by China Scholarship Council (CSC).

Her research interests include computer vision, deep learning for medical image analysis, especially in medical image classification and image-based diagnosis/prognosis. Her research projects involve fundus image segmentation and multi-disease diagnosis. Now, she is focused on medical sequential images prediction/analysis.
